OPERATING SYSTEM FOR AI-PERSONA ACCOUNTS — PRIVATE BETA

Generators make a video. Schedulers post it. Nobody runs the account.

Growth OS is the missing layer: character-locked content generation, account-safe publishing, analytics that need no platform approval — and a doctrine loop that records what worked and steers the next post. Built by operators running live accounts, productized.

THE GAP

Running an AI-persona account today means stitching three products together — and the loop between them is you, in a spreadsheet.

Generation tools stop at the export button. Schedulers don't know what your character looks like. Neither of them knows which of your last twenty posts worked, or why.

THE LOOP

Four stages. The fourth feeds the first — that's the product.

Every account carries a living playbook: its winning format, caption templates, and an observations log. Each cycle reads it before generating and updates it after measuring. The system gets better at your account with every post.

01 — GENERATE

Content, in character

Scripts, images, video, voice, lip-sync. Your persona's face and vibe hold across hundreds of posts — identity is locked to reference images, not re-rolled per prompt.

reads: doctrine, winning format, references
02 — COMPOSE

Posts, not files

Slideshows, overlays, captions from the account's own template. Safe zones respected, metadata scrubbed. A post is a reviewable draft, not a folder of exports.

reads: caption template, format spec
03 — PUBLISH

Drafts, not bots

Posts land in your TikTok inbox as drafts; you tap publish in the app. Native publish path, no API auto-post fingerprint on the content.

writes: schedule, per-platform targets
04 — MEASURE

Real numbers, matched

The detector scrapes your public profile and matches live videos back to your posts — views, saves, follower deltas. No platform analytics API required.

writes: metrics history, doctrine updates
↺ 04 writes the doctrine that 01 reads — the loop closes
CAPABILITIES

Everything is a typed verb. The console, the API, and the planner all call the same ones.

No feature exists twice. What you click in the console, you can call from the API — and the autonomous planner can propose on the same rails, with you approving.

Character studio

images.generate

Reference-conditioned generation with validated recipes: replicate a proven viral frame 1:1 with your character in it, keep the face across every post, audit candidates before anything ships.

Includes: inspiration library, 1:1 replicate mode, multi-candidate picks, provenance scrubbing

Video pipeline

video.generate

Image-to-video with Kling, Veo, and Seedance. Face swap, ElevenLabs voiceover, lip-sync — chained as one flow, every paid run explicitly approved and cost-tracked.

Includes: per-run cost estimates, provider fallbacks, resumable jobs

Composer & drafts

posts.compose

Mixed-media slideshows with per-slide backgrounds and text placement, caption from the account template, everything materialized into a reviewable draft before it goes anywhere.

Includes: safe-zone layout, per-slide art direction, draft review queue

Account-safe publishing

posts.schedule

TikTok posts arrive as drafts in your app inbox — you publish natively. Instagram lands as a reviewable draft too. The auto-post fingerprint that burns warm-up accounts never touches yours.

Includes: multi-platform targets, schedule queue, publish verification

Analytics detection

analytics.detect

A scraper watches your public profile and matches live videos back to scheduled posts by publish time and caption similarity. Ambiguous matches ask you; nothing mis-attributes silently.

Includes: append-only metrics history, follower tracking, winner flagging

Doctrine & planner

accounts.observe

Winning formats, caption templates, and observations live on the account itself. The planner reads them with fresh analytics and proposes the next posts — you approve, it executes.

Includes: per-account playbooks, planner proposals, approval gates
GETTING STARTED

From zero to a posting account in a day.

DAY 1 — SET UP

Create the persona

Upload reference images, set the character's look and voice, write the first doctrine: niche, format, caption template. Or clone one of our proven account archetypes.

WEEK 1 — CALIBRATE

Ship daily, watch the board

Generate, review, publish from the inbox. The detector starts matching numbers to posts within hours of your first publish. Kill what flops, note what moves.

ONGOING — COMPOUND

Let the doctrine work

By post twenty the account knows its winning format. The planner proposes, you approve. Add the second account — the console runs ten as easily as one.

PRICING

Priced per account. Generation metered honestly.

Video costs real money per run — so it's credits, not a fake "unlimited". Image generation, composing, scheduling, and analytics are flat.

Credits meter generation compute (1 credit ≈ 1 image; video runs are quoted per run before you approve them). Unused credits don't roll over. Prices are beta pricing, locked in for early accounts.

QUESTIONS

The ones everyone asks.

Why don't you auto-post directly to TikTok?
Deliberate choice. Posts are pushed to your TikTok inbox as drafts and you publish natively in the app. Fully automated API posting is the pattern most associated with moderated reach on fresh accounts — the two extra taps are the cheapest insurance in this business. Instagram works the same way: reviewable drafts, you publish.
How do you get analytics without the TikTok API?
We watch your public profile and match live videos back to your scheduled posts using the real publish time and caption similarity. Confident matches are automatic; ambiguous ones are queued for a one-tap confirmation — a silent mis-match is the failure mode we engineered against. You get views, likes, saves, comments, and follower history per post, appended over time.
How consistent is the character, really?
Identity is conditioned on your reference set on every generation, with recipes we validated on live accounts (including a 1:1 mode that replicates a proven viral composition with your character in it). Every run produces multiple candidates; you pick. It's not zero-effort — it's a review workflow designed so off-model outputs never ship.
Whose AI provider accounts does generation run on?
On paid plans, ours — one bill, metered in credits, with per-run cost shown before any video job starts. On the free plan you bring your own keys and pay providers directly.
Is this against platform rules?
Growth OS is a content studio with scheduling — it doesn't fake engagement, automate interactions, or bot the platform. You publish everything yourself, natively. What you disclose about AI-generated content is your call per platform policy; the composer supports disclosure labels.
Can it run an account autonomously?
The planner can propose complete posts on a schedule — generated, composed, ready to review — but a human approves every publish and every paid video run. Full autonomy isn't a feature we sell; an approval queue that takes you five minutes a day is.
  PRIVATE BETA — LIMITED SEATS

The accounts we run on it are the pitch.

Growth OS wasn't built to be sold — it was built to run our own AI-persona accounts, and productized once the loop proved itself. Beta seats are hand-onboarded so the doctrine transfers, not just the software.
